This Christmas, Harbour City is excited to collaborate with the globally beloved Thai illustration duo, Sundae Kids, to present a heartwarming holiday event themed “Threads of Love”. From 29 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, visitors will have the opportunity to step into the sweet world of Sundae Kids and experience the emotional interactions between the characters crafted by the artists. These interactions weave together exclusive stories, enhancing the warmth and connection of this festive season!

Sundae Kids, founded by the artistic couple Poysian and Kavin, specializes in 4 to 6-panel comics that resonate deeply with audiences through their minimalist yet heartfelt style. Their work has captured the attention of over 2 million fans on social media worldwide. This Christmas, their iconic characters will leap off the pages and transform into sweet sculptures inside a giant “This is for You” pink gift house, welcoming everyone at the Atrium II, Gateway Arcade!

Inside the gift house, for the first time, the artists will showcase four large acrylic paintings on canvas inspired by the themes of love and gifts, inviting viewers into their creative world. Additionally, a “Threads of Love” pop-up store will offer a variety of merchandise, including T-shirts, stickers, knit bags, comic zines, and postcards, providing a range of heartfelt Christmas gift options. Next to the gift house, a towering 4-meter “Cloud-kissed” Christmas Tree and a whimsical V-Love bench are set to become the sweetest photo spots of the winter season.

Harbour City and Sundae Kids have also specially curated the “Post Your Heart” mailbox activity, inviting everyone to rediscover the warmth of handwritten notes. 4 artistically designed postcards by Sundae Kids will be available on-site for you to express your sentiments to your loved ones, which you can then drop into a unique mailbox near the gift house. Throughout the event, Harbour City will regularly select submissions to share your heartfelt messages through its official Threads platform.

In addition, the corridor of Gateway Arcade will be transformed into the Sundae Kids “A Winter of Love Gallery”. It will not only showcase brand-new comic stories created for this event but also feature the debut of 12 original Christmas-themed illustrations by the artists, each conveying a heartfelt story and inviting you to immerse yourself in emotional journeys. There will also be a 4-panel photo booth with Sundae Kids holiday-themed frames, allowing you to capture exclusive festive memories with your loved ones.

Continuing Harbour City's longstanding Christmas tradition, a portion of the event's proceeds, after covering necessary expenses, will be donated to the Hong Kong Blood Cancer Foundation, ensuring the warmth and blessings of the holiday season reach those in need.
